This practice was excellent in helping me establish how to manage my lipedema symptoms, shortly after I was first diagnosed. Ashley was the CLT who helped me with what compression garments to use, how to perform MLD, different exercises that encourage lymph flow, and was a huge help in getting my pnuematic compression pump through insurance. I also had Mindy as my therapist for aquatic therapy, and I really enjoyed it. .
